Seasons change
Seasons change, and so do I,
Through trials borne, my spirit tries.
Tribulations test my stride,
Yet I silence doubts I hold inside.
To quiet the storm within my chest,
I found release, in letting rest.
Like fledgling wings that seek the sky,
Untethered now, I rise and fly.
Water flows, never still
So too must I, against my will.
Pride’s a mask, a perilous game,
It’s brave to shed it, to feel the rain.
Breathe in the winds, release the strain,
Let sorrow fall like gentle rain.
In this release, I find my way,
Embracing change, as seasons sway.
